We are the Essary family and we're exploring, no, wait, wait. Let's try that again.  We're the Essary family and we're exploring America one destination at a time. On this episode of TravelEssary, we have a lot of updates for you guys. Let's chat.

Welcome and thank you for joining us on this episode. As we give you all the updates, everything that's gonna happen, everything that has happened between season three and season four. I cannot believe it. Season four. I know. That's incredible. Mm-hmm. We wanna give a huge shout out to , everyone that is listening.

Just thank you so much for your continued support, for all the messages that we receive. , If you don't know, then check out all of our social media pages. I know that our YouTube page has definitely picked up. Mm. That's for sure. But there is so much other things that. Are available to you and that will be available to you as we continue on this journey.

Yeah. And you may have noticed that our intro has changed just a little bit. It changed a little bit and I think for the better. Yeah. We are excited. So that little Diddy. Actually written by our 18-year-old Justin. He's gotten into creating digital music and we challenged him to create one for our podcast.

And this is what he came up with. So this is going to be our new travel Esry sound. , Make sure that you listen all the way to the end 'cause we'll share the rest of that at the end of this episode. So we have our own. Music now it is officially travel Esry music that we're really excited about., Justin's super excited to get his work out there.

He's really excited because, , you know, he got paid for that. So there's always that. It's always nice whenever you get paid for something that you do. Yeah, his first little job of getting paid for when it comes to creating his music. But, you know, , him and I have been diving really deep into what he can do with this passion that he's had about creating this different music and soon,

we're gonna be directing you guys to certain Spotify accounts or Apple Podcast accounts, or even some YouTube channels that will be featuring his music. So stay tuned for that. We're super proud of him. I mean, everything that he does, every kind of venture that he takes off, just like. I believe good parents should be, you always should be supportive in good endeavors that your children do.

Right? And I believe that's one of these things that we can definitely support him and

we are really looking forward , to where he goes with this music and we are super excited about everything that he is doing. Yeah.

So we will give you guys details on that whenever it happens. But for now, enjoy our new little intro. A second little life update for our family is I have recently written and published my first book. I am very excited about how well it's been received. When I woke up this morning, at the time of recording this podcast, I was number 40 on Amazon's best seller in family health. And as of now, a few hours later, it's number 24.

So it's called Peace Starts Here, A Woman's Guide to Creating a restful, joyful Home. And I'm not gonna go into too depth here in the podcast because this is a travel podcast, not a family help or a Woman's Health podcast, but I, I am really excited about it. It's short, it's sweet, it's super practical.

So I hope that you pick it up. If you are a woman, if you are a man, sure, feel free to pick it up, but if not, you know, it fits perfectly in a gift basket or in a stocking stuffer for the women in your life. And it's also available, , on Kindle as well I will definitely link. Down in the show notes to that for anyone interested.

And I'm super proud of her. I mean, this is something that she has been passionate about, something that she has taken time and effort in her super busy schedule as far as trying to keep this family all together down the right path. And like she said, it's not a long read, but it's so impactful. And we always talk about how, you know, if you go traveling there's gotta be a piece. Mm-hmm. There's gotta be a balance. And sometimes life can throw you lemons and they can throw you curve balls and you don't know really what to do with.

And , this just kind of takes all of that and just . The practical household everyday, you know, woman life and just gives you peace. Everyone has heard the old saying, happy wife, happy life. But also , if you have a peaceful home and a happy home, everything runs smoother,

When we travel on vacation, we talk about slowing down and taking in the moment, enjoying this scenery. And there's definitely a lot of that in my book. But applying it to your everyday life, to the mundane, to the simple, to what's going on in your family and in your home. It, it is very similar concepts that I talk about, but I do bring up, you know, practical ways.

Examples of you can do this, this, and this, and it will help you do this, this, and this. So I think it's a great read, but I might be a little biased. , I am starting to get feedback. It's literally only been out a few days at the time of this recording. , So I'm starting to get a little bit of feedback and it's been pretty positive.

I am working on a companion to go with this. It's a devotional slash journal. , It'll be a year long, 365 pages worth of. , Meditation and journaling, so I'm hoping to get that out soon. When it does. Of course you guys will know, and I will be linking that all over our show notes and social medias as well, and it would mean the world to us if y'all got on and just took a little glimpse downloaded.

Just checked out the book. Yes, men, it's not totally geared for you, but even guys having a peaceful life , can mean the world of difference. Right? And if you do happen to read it, leaving a review on Amazon helps me a ton. Like more than you could ever imagine. So if you have read it or you plan on reading it, that would be fantastic if you could stop by and do that.

Keeping up with the updates between season three and season four. A lot of things have changed in our personal lives from one season to the next that I'm super, I don't know if excited is the word. Terrified, terrified, overjoyed, . It's something that we've been working for ever since the beginning of our podcast to get out and to fully do, and that full realization is happening in just a few weeks, right?

So coming up in season four, from what you guys can expect from us, is a lot more full-time travel content. We. Are hitting the road and literally exploring America one destination at a time. Starting, 1st of October. Here in just a few weeks, it's something that we have talked about on multiple podcasts, and we want everyone to get a clarity, everyone to be clear of mind of what this channel was, is and is going to be right, and that is travel. Family travel family travel with a budget that anyone can do, there is a way for you to go and explore our nation

we're gonna try to give you all the tips and tricks so it's not just gonna be totally about us in an rv, right. And how to travel in an rv. Yeah. I expect our RV episodes to actually become quite a bit less. Season three was geared towards the rv. That's the stage of life we were in, you know, transitioning to being in the RV most of the time.

But season four, , is actually. What , our goal has been this entire time, like Jeremy said, and so we will be giving information on specific locations throughout America, more travel tips, , budget friendly tips, family friendly tips when it comes to traveling into those places or different regions or just in general.

, Our heart's goal of what we have been going towards this entire time has been leading up to what is coming in season four, and we're taking it even another step as far as really getting out there in doing deep dives. We've already have all of 25 planned. We're planning 26. Well, we have 26 planned.

It's not all penciled down because we can't reserve our reservations. It's not reserved yet. It's planned at a certain time. Oh, it's planned. You know me. It's planned. And by us already knowing where we're going, we can then dive into all the tips and tricks that we've given y'all. We're gonna use those tools.

To deep dive into whatever community that we're in. Mm-hmm. Or the surrounding area and trying to get out and explore and do as much as possible on a family friendly budget and to let you know what's out there.

We plan on spending a a few weeks in Texas, Texas and Oklahoma. And then as soon as that is over, as soon as , we're done with just a few weeks here, we're headed to Florida. Mm-hmm. But we're gonna be stopping in a few states because there's no way we can make a trip in Florida with a fifth wheel in one day.

Anyone who's ever transported, we could, anyone who's ever driven. At 65 miles an hour, it will definitely be a very long day. We could do it in two days, but we're actually gonna take four or five because we have a 2-year-old. Yes. And little man needs his breaks. Yeah. I'm not doing that to him or us. So, but we plan on being in Florida quickly after that.

We're gonna spend a few weeks there, explore the whole area,. You know, whenever you think about Florida, what are you thinking about? Disney Beaches and Disney. Disney World. You're thinking about? Um, Hollywood. Not Hollywood Studios. Universal Studios. Universal Studios. You're thinking about Daytona Beach.

You're thinking about Miami, the Florida Keys, the Keys. Oh my goodness. Yeah. You're thinking about all those beautiful places and. Yes, we want to experience those, but Florida has so much more to offer. Mm-hmm. , Just like I believe every state, like you get your destination places, you know, New York, it's all about New York and Syracuse and Auburn and Buffalo, but there is so many other beautiful places that are out there, and that's what we want to do.

We want to explore as much as possible , but not only staying in the destination places. Right. And I don't wanna give you too much information of where we're going from there. 'cause I want you guys to, you know, be on the edge of your seats. I wanna give away all of our secrets and surprises.

,, our podcast is our first thing, our main thing, and it always will be. It's, I feel most comfortable, I think, on the podcast more than I do on YouTube and things like that. Yes, you absolutely do. Yes., I'm learning, , I will grow more into that, but speaking is definitely more of my passion and so.

We will be carrying this into the direction that we have just talked about. We will continue talking about family travel, we're gonna give tips, tricks, and information here once we have done. What we have done in those areas. But if you want to see it happening, if you want to see the visuals of us going through those experiences and like maybe why we come out with, the ideas and stuff that we do, then I suggest you check out our YouTube channel because we will be.

Putting out a new video every Saturday. We've already started on it right now. It has a lot of Jeremy's job on it. His new job that he's doing. If you're interested in that, I highly suggest you go check it out. It's a new world for us. We're learning things and , it's a new little world that's been opening up.

, We're about to have just an entirely new world for us, an entirely different life. It's gonna be very interesting. But, if you wanna see the visuals. Definitely go check out our YouTube. YouTube is not going to be our main focus because it is on podcasts. It is about giving out as much information as possible, but sometimes people just need that.

The visual they need, the visual they need. I love both. They need to be able to look at it. They need to be able to see other people doing those things to kind of get a feel of, of how they would, you know, how they would react or, or if that's something that they wanna do. And just like we do on the podcast.

As much as we possibly can because we want you to understand the reality. Mm-hmm. We're gonna give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. I mean, if we go someplace and we try an event, we try an activity, and it was just horrible. We're gonna let you know, Hey, it could be better maybe next year. I mean, , we've actually done that at the, Pickle Festival Pickle Fest.

Mm-hmm. That, that we went to where I imagine it's a really good one. And we had really a whole lot of fun, but there was a lot of things that went wrong. Oh, that reminds me, there's one coming up in Texarkana. We've actually been in contact with a lady who's throwing it. I have high hopes for it. , It's an entirely different group of people that is doing it.

It's coming up in September sometime. , If you're anywhere near the area, I suggest you go. Yeah. . She did reach out to us and then, , she got really plugged in with some, leadership in the town. Yeah. , Have high expectations for it pointed at her in that direction.

And then I hope everything works out for her. Mm-hmm. Um, we're definitely gonna look that up and see if we can't. A day trip up there and knock that out. Oh, I'm pretty sure we have a wedding on that weekend. Oh, of course. So just one of those life things. Of course. Yeah. So we're not gonna get to go, unfortunately.

I don't think we're gonna get to make it. , If you go to the Texarkana Pickle Festival, tag us in it and let us know how it goes. Let shoot some videos or take a picture or something , and tag us and let us know. But not only on. Making podcasts and YouTube, but even all of our other social media platforms, you know, this is something that we're, we still continue to push to help people find information out there.

Yeah, because sometimes it can be very hard. It can be very difficult. I will say. There's a lot of things that don't get posted on Instagram just because you can't share links and stuff like that. Instagram., If you wanna go follow it, go follow it. It'll just be pictures and reels. , That's all it is,

our Facebook is the one where all of our information. Gets put on. I feel like that's the one that's the most informative every, it's one of the easiest ones, right? Every YouTube, every podcast, every , major Patreon update, , every little thing that's gonna be on Instagram, everything on any of our platforms gets put on Facebook

it's just one of those easy places that maybe we're owed, but I believe it's just one of those platforms that allows you to do multiple versions, right? We can post videos, pictures, links, and not everything else allows that. So it's really great. It's really great. And I, some the communication aspects goes, yeah, and some people don't do Facebook and we totally get that.

That's totally cool. You know, if you, you have Instagram at least, you can always keep up with . Our videos and our small clips. Mm-hmm. And our pictures and stuff. So there's so many different avenues. But another thing that we definitely want to talk about, and we give a huge shout out to all of our Patreon members who have supported us,

we thank y'all so much for everything that y'all have done, and Patreon just did an update. Yes. I'm super excited about this one. We can finally go live on our Patreon. So we have not been live anywhere yet. , We were trying to figure out a way to add it to our Patreon because we wanted that to be a Patreon exclusive but in the beginning, Patreon did not have a Go Live feature.

You had to do it through another website and, and it cost money, I mean like $50 a month to run just for going live, whether you went live or not. Like it's around $50 a month and I was like, man, we are. Do not have enough Patreon members in the beginning. We're not quite there for that. I don't want that much of our profit to go into, you know, just to go live maybe once a month or so.

But now they have it as part of their features, and so now we can add that to our Patreon only stuff, and I am very excited about that. So if you don't know, we do have a Patreon account that they get special podcast episodes. They get a bonus podcast every month. They are going to get live feeds and we have three different tiers. , Every tier offers ad free episodes of all of our episodes. And of course, , the two top tiers, they get the bonus episode. And our top tier, our very top tier also gets a. We do a postcard subscription every month, and they get a postcard from somewhere that we have visited with a handwritten letters mailed out to their physical address every month, and they get free access to any of the digital content that I have uploaded on our Patreon.

So right now I just have the one thing, 'cause I've been working on the book, but right now I have 50 pages of. You know, learn my states, we do homeschool. So it's, it's mostly something I wanted to do for our children and you can do for yours, but it's like learning about the 50 states and it's 50 worksheets that you can print off.

I think it's like three or $4. But for our gold tier members, all of our digital products like that will be free. There'll be no extra charge. , So if you want early access, if you want access Oh yeah. To everything. . All of our members of our Patreon, all of our paid members get early access to our episodes.

They get it on Tuesdays instead of Fridays. So I forgot we did that. So if that's something that piques your interest, it is something that would definitely help us out. Yeah, a time and

there's tons of behind the scenes content. Our Patreon members are the first ones who knew about my book. You know, things like that. So if you're interested in more of the behind the scenes stuff, go check out our Patreon and

the reason we're bringing this up even more is because the profits that we get from our Patreon is what enables us to go do like the extra little things, the fun little things that we wanna do when we're exploring each new place. If something's a little bit more expensive

, The Patreon memberships is what helps us and enables us to go do that. So we can go experience as much as that place as possible and then share it with you guys. And we're actually going into another step, a step that we've never done before in our entire lives.

That, is going to help all of our content, my work changed. Right. So I don't have to work as much to do what we do, which allows me, whenever I'm not working to fully be at home.

Mm-hmm. And there's a, that'll be the first time since we've been married forever. Yes. We, I have a job, it makes end ends meet. Mm-hmm. We do what we, what we want to do, but there's gonna be more free time for me to spend with family. And which will allow me to relieve. The Jasper pressure on you. Maybe I can get these books out faster, which will allow more free time for you to correct any kind of content or mm-hmm.

You know, get the videos together or anything like that. And also some other things that we're gonna be doing is. We're doing reviews of everywhere we went. Mm-hmm. We still have our top five things that each of us want to do, right. That we're still gonna be checking off that we're still gonna, our family bucket list that we made, our family bucket list, um, which.

We recorded as a bonus episode on Patreon, but there was a week that we had a family emergency and we needed to pop out , an episode on our regular podcast. So it is on here if you have not listened to that yet. Our family bucket list. Family travel bucket list, something like that. Go listen to that.

And that is the, the things that we wanna hit as a family, as we're exploring America. Our YouTube is gonna be kind of twofold right now. Okay. Our YouTube and our podcast is not gonna be the same. I know there's gonna people who think that if I watch the YouTube, I don't need to listen to the podcast or vice versa because it's gonna be the same content. There's actually hardly gonna be any overlap.

, The YouTube is very much in vlog style. It might not be super informative. It's gonna be a family travel vlog. Exactly how you think a family travel vlog will be. , The information and the breakdowns. And the tips and the tricks and you know, what we learned in that area from that experience, that's what will be on the podcast.

So I think they go great hand in hand, but they will be too. Pretty much completely different things. Yeah, I believe that if you just watch the videos, you're definitely gonna be missing out on a vast majority of the information. But . If you only listen to the podcast, then you're gonna get a lot of information, but you're gonna miss out on some of the content.

I feel like, , they marry perfectly because the YouTube is like the creative aspect, and then the podcast is the informative aspect. , If you prefer one over the other, then. That's great. Take your pick and just do that one. But I, again, I just think that they just mesh so well and especially once we hit the road, I think they're gonna mesh beautifully.

And the other, aspect of the YouTube channel is. Me traveling solo, traveling as of right now. Your transport job, my, my actual job. Transportation. Showing y'all or showing anyone out there who wants to watch , the different aspects of transporting RVs or traveling from one spot to another. , Kind of , how that is done.

How you know , you're gonna get to see me do my job that. Is gonna support us, the vast majority of what we want to do. If you want to watch both the transport and the travel, then great. If not, we will clearly label them onto their own playlist. So if you're only interested in one or the other, then check out, you know, either the travel playlist or the RV transport. Playlist.

You'll definitely get all of your content. You know, it's definitely all travel related. Yeah. As far as, you know, being there, your tips and tricks, how you can handle certain events, certain activities. And we are super, I know, I, I really don't sound super excited But I really am, I really am excited about everything that is happening. Everything that's, that's already happened. Maybe not excited about everything that's happening because selling the house, if you don't know those podcasts, go back and listen to those. Selling the House was definitely a very experience.

, I think those are mostly our bonus episodes. Oh, okay. You wanna know more about that? You're gonna have to go to Patreon 'cause that's where all of them are. But everything has been really good. Up to this point and where we are, I am super happy and thrilled with, with, yeah, I feel absolutely blessed.

I'm super excited about, and nervous and terrified all the feels, all the feels. Until we actually get in there and we get out of the kitty pool, the ankle deep water and actually dive into it. Yeah. I'm not a great swimmer, so it's kind interesting. Yeah. Sink or swim. This is how it's gonna roll. So here's what we need from you guys going forward.

We will be in and around Texas and Oklahoma until. 2026. So for the rest of 25, we're, we're gonna be exploring Texas and Oklahoma for a little bit longer. , We're gonna be around family just for a little bit longer, but we will be away from home and exploring once we hit the road., Not to give you specifics, but we will be going , up the east coast.

The around to Indiana and then back down to Texas. That will be our 2026 route. And then 2027 we will head to the West Coast. So from you guys, if you are in any of the East Coast states and you have some must tries, whether they're restaurants, parks, attractions, whatever it is that you guys think, we absolutely must try.

Let us know where it is and why. We should try it. And if we do, we might just give you a shout out, Hey, this listener told us to go here. And so we did and they were right and it's fantastic. , I am trying to make as much of our itinerary as possible while still leaving a lot of room for flexibility.

But if, you know, there are things like county fairs or state fairs or special festivals, ,  while we're in that area, we wanna know. We wanna know about them and not miss out. So that's what we need from our listeners.

, We would love to hear about the hidden gems that we can go check out. . And get the full experience that you get in your backyard, right? So make sure you stay tuned. ,

season four is coming right up. I.
